Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Saleumxay KOMMASITH, who is in charge of economic affairs, on Friday 26th Sep 2025 led a delegation to visit the Savannakhet Special Economic Zone C - Savan Park and Savannakhet Dry Port, to observe progress made in connectivity and services. The delegation was welcomed by the Chief Executive Officer of Savan Logistics Sole Co., Ltd, Mr. Jean Pierre Grzelczyk; Executive Director of Savan Logistics, operator of Savannakhet Dry Port, Mr. Tee Chee Seng; and the Director of Laocharoen Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd, Mr. Sisoulinh SOKXAY. During the visit, officials were briefed on the port's service capacity and modern logistics systems, which are designed to meet international standards of transparency and efficiency.
